County Council - Multiple Interactive Installations

Project aim: 
Dual project aim: 
A) To recommend suitable installation packages for multiple training room within a Council HQ site. 
B) To specify new replacement equipment in mulitple training rooms, repair faulty cabling & re configure & re calibrate systems within a tight time frame.

Background: 
A busy County Council headquarters requiring interactive solutions to meet key aims.  

Requirement: 
From site survey to sign off.  To ensure multiple training room facilities were installed with new equipment & operational in a short time frame, working after normal working hours & overnight to ensure minimal disruption to a busy Council HQ with over 600 staff & employees.

Solution:
We Recommended multiple interactive solution packages in the Council HQ site:
A) Fixed height fully interactive front projection interactive whiteboard solution, fully loaded setup with sound package.
B) Fixed height fully interactive front projection, classic ceiling mounted projection system incorporating interactive whiteboard solution, fully loaded setup with sound package.
C) Replacement projection systems to existing rooms, replacement signal cabling, speakers & configuration to existing systems.
